Refund Policy   All sales are final. Due to the nature of eBooks, it is impossible to "return" a purchase once it has been made.

Adult Content   The eBooks sold at Cobblestone Press contain adult themes, language, and explicit sexual content. It is your responsibility to prevent those under the age of 18 from viewing the material on your computer or handheld.

Frequently Asked Questions   Q. I'm new to eBooks. What do I need to know before I purchase? A. eBooks are very easy to purchase, download, read, and store forever. If you have a  handheld device you can carry hundreds of eBooks were ever you go. Check out our eBook guide to figure out which format is right for you. All sales are final so please take extra care when choosing your format.   Q. I lost my books! What can I do? A. While we recommend that you back up your ebook purchases to a CD or Floppy we understand that mistakes can happen and that computers can/will crash. We want you to be safe in the knowledge that when you purchase eBooks from us that your purchase will be honored. Due to the time involved, Cobblestone Press will research and restore your purchased eBooks for a fee of $5.00 an hour. We will only supply the format you originally purchased. We will be unable to restore Out of Print titles.   Q. I didn't receive the email with links to download my purchases. What do I do? A. Send an email to customerservice@cobblestone-press.com. Please allow 24 hours for a response.   Q. What do I do if the links for my purchases do not work? A. Check to see if your pop-up blocker is "killing" the download window.
